All services are billed on a monthly or annual basis. If clients choose to pay annually, services will be discounted and due in advance. Payments are non-refundable once services have begun.

Failed payments will result in paused services until payment is successfully processed. Late payments will incur a $25 late fee.

Any early termination, contract breach, or cancellation prior to the agreed-upon end or renewal date will result in a $500 early termination fee.

Cancellations
Clients may cancel services with 30 days written notice. No refunds are provided for partial months or unused services.

Clients must provide timely access to accounts, brand assets, and approvals. Delays in communication may affect delivery timelines.

Content & Ownership
